Edinburgh Royal Lyceum Theatre: Box 3 (1948-1968)
Collection of ca. 250 playbills from the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh. Approximately half of the programmes are from plays performed by the Wilson Barrett Company, with piano accompanists who are named in each programme. Many contain newspaper clippings about the particular performance. The rest of the programmes are from performances of recitals, ballet, dance, pantomine, musicals, musical revues, folk music, and plays with music, some from the Edinburgh International Festival.
