Collection of 50 programmes from concerts at St. Andrew's Hall, Glasgow (1923-1959), arranged chronologically with the most recent at the top. The majority of the programmes are from concerts promoted by the Choral and Orchestral Union of Glasgow, performed by the Scottish Orchestra and (sometimes) the Glasgow Choral Union, conducted by Georg Szell, Wilfrid Senior, John Barbirolli, and others, with various soloists. Runs are incomplete. Most programmes contain names of orchestral players and choral singers, committee members, lists of subscribers, soloist biographies or photos, and analytical programme notes with musical examples.
