Description
A miscellaneous collection of larger (around A4 size) handbills and programmes for performances given at various London venues between 1838 and 1899. Held loosely as the first box in a growing collection of material relating to musical performances in London from 1838 to the present day.
In addition to the programmes listed below are two ‘The London Concert Programme[’s]’ which advertise the events at various theatres dated December 1886 and January 1887 and theatrical and musical critic and advertiser “the entr’acte & limelight” for March 13th, 1897.
