Unique identifier
Description
A collection of ten programmes and prospectuses from the RSAMD (Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama), from 1931 to 1997. The majority of items are from the 1990s. The collection is chiefly from concerts organised by the RSAMD.
The majority of items in the collection are from the new buildings, located in Renfrew Street. This part of the collection includes programmes from a number of venues within the RSAMD, including the Stevenson Hall. In addition, the collection includes a prospectus from the new building of the RSAMD which opened in 1987. However, the collection also includes a programme from a concert given in Stevenson Hall in 1931, when the hall (and part of the college) were located in St. George's Place (now Nelson Mandela Place).
