Description A collection of one box from the McCann collection, from 1925. The collection contains programmes from concerts given in the United Kingdom. The programmes were collected by the concert agent Norman McCann (1920-1999).

The contents of the collection are as follows:

London:
Queen's Hall – 15 programmes; 2 prospectuses
The collection includes two programmes and two prospectuses from Henry Wood Promenade Concerts.

Royal Albert Hall – 9 programmes

Swedish Hall, Harcourt Street; Wigmore Hall (2); Kingsway Hall (2); Assembly Rooms, Surbiton; Palladium; Church of St. Michael, Cornhill; Central Hall, Westminster; Town Hall, Twickenham; Morely College (2); Aeolian Hall (2); 17 Eaton Square; Lyndehurst Hall, Warden Road, Kentish Town (3); Court House, Marylebone Lane.

Edinburgh:
Usher Hall – 13 programmes
The programmes are from concerts given as part of the concert series "Paterson's Concerts". These were orchestral concerts given by the Scottish Orchestra.

Llandudno:
Pier Pavilion – 52 programmes; 1 prospectus
The programmes are from orchestral concerts, given by an orchestra entitled "Pier's Company Orchestra".
