Description A collection of programmes from the McCann Collection. The collection contains programmes from concerts given outside the United Kingdom and were collected by the concert agent Norman McCann (1920-1999). The collection contains the majority of programmes within the one-box collection "Spain and Portugal".

There are programmes from the following venues:
Iglesia Vieja, Real Monasterio de El Escorial [Madrid]; Auditorio Manuel de Falla, [Granada]; Església de Lurdes, Vic [Catalonia] (2); Teatro Principal, Alicante; Teatro Municipal Miguel de Cervantes, Malaga; Teatro Carrión, Valladolid (2); La Galeria de Vilanova, Sala d’art, Vilanova I la geltrú [Barcelona province]; Casa Museu de Sant Salvador, Vendrell.

There are six programmes from a tour given by the British orchestra “London Masterplayers”. The programmes are either undated, or indicate that the concerts took place in May 1972. Concerts took place at the following venues: Teatro Breton, Salamanca; Salon de Actos de la Casa Sindical, Gijón; Museo de Santa Cruz, Toledo; La Catedral de Jaca; Antigua Iglesia de San Miguel, Cuenca; Circulo de las Artes [unknown geographic location, given as part of the “Semana de Musica del Corpus Lucense”].
