Description A collection of programmes from hospitals and charities, some forces entertainment programmes and General London entertainment publications.

Hospitals and charities:
A collection of programmes from concerts given in London hospitals and charity venues. The earliest programme in the collection dates from a performance at the Royal hospital for Incurables in 1887. Programmes cover concerts of chamber music, oratorios (from King's college hospital chapel in particular) and opera. Venues include King’s college hospital chapel, St. Bartholomew’s hospital (including programmes from St. Bartholomew’s hospital amateur dramatic club) and the assembly room of the Royal free hospital.

Arrangement:
Programmes are arranged by alphabetical order of venue, then chronologically.

Forces entertainments:
A collection of 2 programmes from forces entertainments, dating from 1944 and 1945.

General London entertainment publications:
A collection of concert listing publications in London. The collection includes 7 issues of “The virgin guide to music opera and dance” from the 1980s.
