A collection of one box of programmes from Brent Town Hall, Wembley, and Town Hall, Wembley, from 1945 to 1976. The name of the hall on the programmes starts to change in programmes from the late 1960s. The name metamorphoses from "Wembley Town Hall" or "Town Hall, Wembley" to "Brent Town Hall, Wembley", due to the creation of the borough of Brent in 1965.
The collection contains a substantial amount of programmes from concerts and performances given by local groups. There are a significant amount of programmes from concerts given by the Wembley Philharmonic Society and the Wembley Operatic Society. Other local groups represented in the collection include the Mill Hill Toc H Music Club and the Brent Symphony Orchestra.
