A collection comprising the programme for a Meisterkonzert given on 5 March 1972 by the English Chamber Orchestra, directed by Henryk Szeryng, in the Großer Saal of the Stadthalle Wuppertal-Elberfeld, held individually within a box of programmes for German venues A-Z.
The collection also includes an undated programme for a second Meisterkonzert given by the same ensemble, directed by Pinchas Zukerman. This performance may have taken place in 1977.
Both concerts were given under the auspices of Konzertdirektion Rudolf Wylach KG and both programmes include notes, biographical notes and photographs. That for 1972 also provides a list of the orchestral ensemble.
