A collection of 33 programmes and prospectuses from the Haslemere Festival of Chamber Music, from 1927 to 1998.
The festival was founded in 1925 by Arnold Dometsch, and the festival both historically and contemporarily has close connections to the Dolmetsch family. Both Arnold Dometsch and Carl Dometsch have held the position of festival director. The festival was later known as the Haslemere Festival; names for the festival represented in the collection also include the Haslemere Festival of Early Music and Dolmetsch Festival. The festival took place at a number of venues within Haslemere, including Haslemere Hall.
