Description
A collection of 14 programmes and prospectuses from St. Peter's Hall, from 1922 to 1951. The programmes are from recitals, chamber music concerts and orchestral concerts. The orchestral concerts represented in the collection were given by the Wessex Philharmonic Orchestra. These were given in the 1940s and were conduced by Reginald Goodall. A number of recitals and chamber music concerts represented in the collection are from the Bournemouth and Wessex Regional Festival, part of the Festival of Britain (1951).
