A collection of 28 programmes and prospectuses from the Theatre Royal, from 1842 to 2000.
The first item in the collection is a photostat of a programme from a concert given on 17 September 1842.
The remainder of the collection dates from 1948 onwards. Programmes from recitals and opera performances are heavily represented in the collection, including a number of programmes from performances given by Kent Opera.
