Description The programme and wordbook for a Vocal and Instrumental Concert given at the Upper Assembly Rooms, Leamington Spa on 17 January 1832, held with the programme and wordbook for a York Assize Grand Concert given at an unspecified venue on 1 April 1834 and a programme for a dramatic performance of St Cupid; or Dorothy's Fortune given on 5 August 1853.

The Leamington Spa concert was a two-part performance consisting primarily of English vocal music but with an orchestral overture at the beginning of each act and with one further instrumental piece per part. The programme lists only three vocal soloists, namely Mr Machin and Mr and Mrs Knyvett.

The York Assize concert was also a two-part performance, combining English and Italian vocal music with a number of orchestral overtures. The programme lists only the vocal soloists Mr Machin and Madame Caradori.
