Description Programme and wordbook for the 78th concert (4th Members’ Concert (Ladies’ Night) of 18th season) given by the Strolling Players Amateur Orchestral Society on 26 April 1900 at the Queen’s Hall, Langham Place. This was a two-part concert of vocal and orchestral music, featuring Madame Ruth Lamb, Mr Frank Boor and Mr Meryvn Dene (vocal) and Miss Dorothy Maggs (piano), conducted by Norfolk Megone. The programme includes some brief historical notes on the works performed.
