Description
Souvenir Programme of the Events of Arts and Civic Week, presented by the St. Pancras Arts and Civic Council between 3 and 11 July 1948.
This event included a Band Concert given in the Rochester Terrace Garden and a Grand Finale concert held at the Town Hall. The latter featured the Modern Symphony Orchestra and the Burghley Road Women's Institute Orchestra, conducted by Arthur Dennington.
