Description The programme for a special matinee performance given in aid of the Veterans’ Relief Fund on 17 March 1908 at the Scala Theatre, London.

This included a scene from the last act of Gluck, Orphée, placed between two one-act comedy dramas. Also, music by Wagner, Schumann, Tchaikovsky and Saint-Saens and solo violin pieces performed by Mr Haydn Wood.
