Description Programmes and wordbooks for a miscellaneous selection of performances given as part of the Grand Musical Festivals, organized by the Royal Society of Musicians and given on 6 June 1785 and 3 June 1786 at Westminster Abbey and on 16 May 1788 and 22 May 1789 at the Pantheon Theatre, London.

All concerts were conducted by Joah Bates, with assistance from John Ashley. The Westminster Abbey events were three-part concerts of music by Handel. The Pantheon performances were two-part Selection of Music from Handel.

All programmes include lists of the Directors and Assistant Directors for the event and, with the exception of the 1786 programme, provide a record of the Subscribers to the Royal Society of Musicians. The programme for 1786 includes lists of the choral and orchestral ensembles.
