Description A collection of handbills/playbills for theatrical and musical performances given at various venues in London between 1773 and 1783, bound chronologically, and including handbills with programmes for the concert performances listed below, 1777–83.

Also held are handbills for a Concert of Music given at the New Rooms, Reading on 29 August 1778 and for Mr Love's Concert given in 1779 [no date] at Gardeners Hall, Aberdeen.

18 and 25 November 1777, Pantheon Theatre, Oxford Street: Pantheon Concerts 1st and 2nd Nights, featuring Signor Gabrielli, Signor Manzoletto and Signor Agujari (vocal).

16 April 1779, New Mason-Hall, Queen-Street: Mr Robert Barber's Concert of Music.

19 April 1781, King's Theatre, Haymarket: Fund for the Support of Decay'd Musicians and their families.

9 March 1781, 6, 15 and 20 March 1782 and 21 March 1783: Theatre Royal, Drury Lane: Handel, Deborah/Samson/Alexander's Feast/Messiah/L'Allegro il pensoroso.

1 July 1782, Coachmaker's Hall, Cheapside: Mr Brett's Annual Subscription Concert of Vocal and Instrumental Music.
