Description
A largely complete collection of the Concert Calendars produced by the Oxford University Musical Club and Union (Michaelmas 1971–Trinity 1974 and Michaelmas 1979–Trinity 1983) and the Oxford University Musical Society (Michaelmas 1983–Michaelmas 1985), compiled by Ralph Leavis.
Also, a selection of 27 A4 handbills listing the music to be performed at Magdalen College Chapel between October 1971 and June 1973, with Bernard Rose (organist).
Each of the concert calendars consists of a number of sheets of typed listings, including programmes for performances given at various Oxford venues and concluding with notes and notices from the Society. Up to 4 Calendars would appear to have been produced each term.
