Description
The programme and wordbook for a concert of Moore’s Songs and Melodies, given at Exeter Hall, London on 28 May 1877 to celebrated the anniversary of Thomas Moore’s Birthday.
This was a two-part concert of English songs and glees featuring the London Glee and Madrigal Union with Miss Jane Wells, Mr Thomas Baxter, Mr William Coates, Mr Montem Smith and Mr William Winn, conducted by Sidney Naylor. Also, Miss Helen D’Alton, Miss Robertson, Madame Sterling, Mr Edward Lloyd, Mr Santley and Mr Sims Reeves.
