Description A collection of programmes for three concerts given in the Music Hall, Liverpool on 10 May 1814 and 12 and 21 November 1816, conducted by Sir George Smart.

- 10 May 1814: Mr Yaniewicz's Benefit Concert, the first part consisting of Beethoven, The Mount of Olives (‘A New Sacred Oratorio’) and the second being of a miscellaneous nature, including vocal music by Mozart and Braham, a Beethoven violin sonata performed by Yaniewicz and a further violin concerto written and performed by the beneficiary (announcement and programme).

The programme cites the vocal soloists Mrs Salmon, Mr Payne, Mr Isherwood and Mr Molineux and carries an extensive list of the principal instrumental performers.

- 12 and 21 November 1816: Winter Subscription Concerts nos. 1 and 2, being two-part miscellaneous performances, consisting principally of vocal music combined with orchestral overtures (at the start of each act) and occasional instrumental solos. The second concert included Beethoven, The Battle Symphony.

Vocal: Mrs Vaughan, Miss Goodall, Mrs Salmon, Mr Vaughan, Master Barnett, Mr Molineux, Mr Charles Smith and Mr Bartleman.
Instrumental: Messrs Cudmore, Lindley, Wainwright, Hime, Aldridge, Atherton, T. Atherton, Hatton, Boulton, Cooper, J. Hatton, Jones, Tayleur, Jackson, Hill, J. Tayleur, Crathorne, Halewood, Weiss, McBride, Collins, Langhorn, Blennerhasset. Also, Messrs Hughes, Hyde and Waddington, of the Manchester Concerts.

The programmes include advertisements for four subscription Choral Concerts to be performed during Lent. The collection also includes a prospectus for the complete Winter Subscription Concerts (November 1816 to March 1817).
