Description A collection of programmes and wordbooks for four Invitation Concerts given by the Handel Society between 1893 and 1897, held at St. James's Hall on 7 June 1893 and 13 May 1896 and at the Queen's Hall, London on 21 May 1895 and 29 June 1897.

The performances were conducted by August Manns (1893-95) and Mr J.S. Liddle (1896-97).

Each document includes a list of the orchestral ensemble and carries information regarding the committee and members of the Handel Society. There are also some brief descriptive notes on the works performed.
