Description
Programme and wordbook for a Gentlemen’s Concert given on 15 August 1809. No venue is listed for this performance but the programme is printed by J. Harrop, Market-Place, Manchester.
This was a two-part ‘Miscellaneous Concert’ consisting largely of solo and ensemble music for voices, with orchestral overtures at the beginning of each part.
