Description
A collection of programmes for 20 performances given by the Curtius Concert Club during the 1899-1900 season and at the start of their 1900-01 series.
During the first season, performances were held in the Prince's Galleries of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, Piccadilly. For the second, they moved to St. James's Hall, London.
All concerts were in two parts and, unless otherwise stated below, relied heavily on nineteenth-century repertory. All programmes provide the names of the vocal and instrumental soloists, an indication of the make of piano used and notices of forthcoming concerts in the same series.
