Description A complete set of programmes and wordbooks for the 1799 season of the Concerts of Ancient Music, given at the New Room, King's Theatre [Concert Room, King's Theatre] on 13 and 20 February, 1, 6 and 13 March, 3, 10, 17 and 24 April and 1, 8 and 15 May 1799, bound as a single volume.

The volume begins with a list of the Subscribers to the concerts and includes lists of the choral and orchestral ensembles, led by Mr F. Cramer and conducted by Thomas Greatorex.

There is also the following list of the principal vocal performers: Madame Banti, Mrs Harrison, Mr Harrison and Mr Nield, Master Elliot, Mr Bartleman, Mr William Knyvett, Mr Sale, Mr Champness and Mr Leete.
