Description
This is a collection of concert programmes for the Bradford Subscription Concerts, some of which are loose, some are in volumes:
32D88/1
* 27 volumes of programmes from 1865-1896 for concerts given at St. George's Hall. It includes cuttings of newspaper reviews
* 23 volumes of programmes from 1896-1919 for performances at St. George's Hall, including newspaper reviews
* 12 volumes of programmes for concerts given at Eastbrook Hall, 1919-1926 and 1930-1935, including newspaper cuttings. There is also a 60th Season Souvenir Programme for 15/12/1924.
* 18 volumes of programmes for concerts given at Eastbrook Hall between 1935 and 1949. There are 2 copies for 1947-8 and 4 copies for 1948-9.
* 18 volumes of programmes for concerts given at Eastbrook Hall, 1948-53 and St. George's Hall, 1953-56. There are two copies of 1949-51, 3 copies of 1951-2 and 4 copies of 1952-3.
* 16 volumes of programmes for concerts given at St. George's Hall, 1956-1964. There are two copies of each season apart from 1958-9 and 1961-2 when there are three, and 1959-60 and 1960-61 when there is one.
* 14 volumes of programmes for concerts given at St. George's Hall, 1964-1972
* 10 volumes of programmes for concerts given at St.George's Hall, 1972-1979. There are two copies of 1972-73 and three copies of 1975-76.

A collection of loose programmes bundled by the season. The programmes also hold the season's prosepctuses. They cover the following dates:

* 1983-1984 - 6 programmes
* 1984-1985 - 5 programmes

Programmes for the Halle Orchestra Concerts, Albert Hall, Manchester:
* 17 volumes of programmes for 1925-1941 and 1948-1949.

* 17 volumes of programmes for the Bradford Music Club, 1930-1946
* 6 single programmes for the Bradford Music Club, 1973-1974
* 5 single programmes for the Bradford Music Club, 1974-1975
Under a different class number (DB39 C5/7) there is another collection of 150 programmes for the Bradford Subscription Concerts. They are all loose programmes but come in three parcels - seasons 1909-10 - 1945/6, 1946 - 1954-55, 1955-56 - 1958-59. The runs are incomplete.
