1 folder of around 100 programmes relating to performances of operas given by the Welsh National Opera (WNO) The WNO was founded in 1946. There are some years missing in the collection including 1982-5. The majority of operas take place at the New Theatre, Cardiff, although the collection includes a programme for a performance in London, and many programmes contain multiple venues.

Collections Overview
The Welsh Music Information Centre, funded by the Arts Council of Wales, was re-established in 2000 under the auspices of Ty Cerdd. The Centre seeks to fulfil its role in promoting all genres of Welsh music through archiving, publishing and performance; development of international links through IAMIC, the consortium of 40 Music Information Centres worldwide; provision of information on Welsh composers and their music, in association with the Welsh Music Guild and Cyfansoddwyr Cymru/Composers of Wales. The centre holds a collection of scores by Welsh composers and misc. music of Welsh interest.
