Programmes from 1961 relate to the Beethoven Festival / Concert Hall Fortnight held by the Concert & Assembly Hall Ltd in association with Radio Éireann held in the Olympia Theatre and the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, each invlovling the Radio Éireann Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Tibor Paul. Each programme on the soloists.

Three of the programmes from 1964 relate to Three Beethoven Concerts held by the Concert & Assembly Hall Ltd in association with Radio Éireann held in the National Stadium, Dubin, each involving the Radio Éireann Symphony Orchestra, with soloist Julius Katchen and conducted by Tibor Paul: 29/4/64, 1/5/64, 2/5/64. The exception in this year is:
4/5/64: 'Concert and Assembly Hall Ltd. By arrangement with the Gaiety Theatre presents Victoria de Los Angeles and Gerald Moore': vocal programme.

The three programmes from 1965 are not related by series but are presented by the Concert & Assembly Hall Ltd.

Collections Overview The National Library of Ireland has two collections consisting mainly of printed sheet music from the eighteenth to the early twentieth century. These include much material from the mainsteam western classical music tradition, but also material relating to little known Irish composers. The names of the two collections are the Joly Music Collection and the Additional Music collection. In addition the Library has a small but significant collection of music manuscripts. The general printed collections include some Irish ballad, folk-music and popular song collections.
