Miscellaneous Programmes (1885-1900)
Unique identifier
Description
A collection of four programmes, form 1885 to 1900. There is one programme from Kinnaird Hall [Dundee] and one from the Ball Room, Buxton. In addition, there is a programme from a concert given as part of the series "Richter Concerts" and one programme from a concert given as part of the "Birmingham Musical Festival". These both took place at unspecified venues, though it is possible that the "Richter Concert" took place at St. James's Hall, London. The programmes are largely mixed programmes, featuring orchestral works and choral works. The programme from the Ball Room (Buxton) is printed on to cloth.
Arrangement:
The programmes are in chronological order.
[The programmes are housed at the end of the Royal Programmes box].
