Description A collection of one volume of programmes from Cramer Concerts, 1927 to 1931. The spine of the volume reads “Cramer Concert Programmes 1927-1931”. The programmes date from 08/10/1927 to 26/02/1931. The collection is a complete series of programmes from the 77th to the 102nd concert inclusive. The majority of concerts took place on either Wednesday or Thursday evenings. The concerts took place in the Aeolian Hall, Rudolf Steiner Hall and Wigmore Hall. The 84th concert of the series took place in the Midland Institute, Birmingham. The programmes feature a variety of soloists and performers: there are a number of programmes from concerts with include items performed by the Entente String Quartet. The programmes include mixed concerts and concerts of part-songs, often performed by various school choirs.

The end of the volume contains some miscellaneous programmes. There is one programme from a Cramer Ballad Concert given at the Town Hall Kensington on 10/02/1914. There is also a miscellaneous programme from the Wigmore Hall.

The programmes are arranged chronologically, excepting the miscellaneous items at the end of the volume.
