Collection of 33 syllabi and programmes from the 27th to 82nd years of the Edinburgh Competition Festival Association, formerly the Edinburgh Musical (Competition) Festival Association, arranged chronologically. It is not a complete run; have only 1947, 1978, 1987-91, 1994-96, and 2000-2002. Programmes contain names (and sometimes brief biographies) of adjudicators and all competitors (sometimes accompanists are named), and competitions are held in various Edinburgh venues including Stockbridge Parish Church, Reid Concert Hall, Music Hall, Edinburgh Academy, and St. Stephen's Church. The collection also includes notices and minutes of annual general meetings of the association, 1999-2002.
