Description
A collection of one box of programmes from the McCann Collection. The collection contains programmes from concerts given outside the United Kingdom and were collected by the concert agent Norman McCann (1920-1999).
A significant proportion of the collection is from concerts given in Montreal. The majority of programmes are from concerts given in the 1930s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
Montreal
His Majesty’s Theatre – 18 programmes
The majority of programmes are from performances by the Montreal Orchestra. Most of the programmes are from the early 1930s, particularly the 1931 to 1932 orchestral season.
