Description
Programme and wordbook for a Grand Selection of Sacred Music from the works of Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Dr Crotch, Dr Chard etc., given on 13 September 1827 at Worcester Cathedral as part of the Worcester Music Meeting.

This was a three-part performance, the second part of which consisted of Crotch, Palestine.

The wordbook cites the involvement of the following vocal soloists: Miss Stephens, Mrs W. Knyvett, Madame Caradori Allan and Madame Pasta; Signor Zuchelli, Mr Braham, Mr Knyvett, Mr Phillips and Mr Vaughan.
