11 April 1962: Bach, St. Matthew Passion, with Ann Dowdall, Helen Watts, Kenneth Woolam, Gordon Clinton and John Shirley-Quirk (vocal), conducted by Dr C. Thornton Lofthouse (with words and a record of the principal instrumentalists).
31 January 1965: A Concert in Honour of the 60th Birthday of Dr Michael Tippett, given by the Deller Consort, Dr Walter Bergmann (harpsichord), Sir William McKie (piano) and the Festival Choir and Orchestra, conducted by C. Thornton Lofthouse (with words, brief programme and biographical notes, photographs and lists of the choral and orchestral ensembles).
3 May 1969: Haydn, The Seasons, with Rhonda Bruce, Edgar Thomes and David Joyner (vocal), Dr Thornton Lofthouse (harpsichord) and the Festival Choir and Orchestra, conducted by Peter Gellhorn (with some handwritten annotations regarding performance timings).
2. Carol Services
An extensive collection of song sheets (with words and music) for Carol Services given at various English venues between 1936 and 1955, including a large number of programmes for performances given at various London venues by the Bach Choir and programmes with wordbooks for 4 performances given by the Royal Choral Society at the Royal Albert Hall.
- The Bach Choir
All performances were accompanied by the Jacques Orchestra and conducted by Reginald Jacques. There are multiple copies for many years.
